Bronze coin commemorating the plebiscite of 13 January 1935, regarding the Saar's proposed reunification with the Reich. The vote was 90% in favour and on 1 March 1935 the Saar was to become part of the Reich proper.

Contained within original carton. Inscription on lid proclaims, "The Saar is German forevermore".

Coin has a diameter of 36mm and weighs 21.7g.
