Very rare, golden Honour Badge of the German Midwife Association. Marked to the reverse.

Of note, JR Cone, in his seminal work, One People, One Reich: Enameled Organizational Badges of Germany 1918-1945 remarks that a press clipping of October 9, 1943, records the award of the 317th badge.
