The Certificate confirms that Helmut Roesberg, on account of his performance at district (Kreis) level, will participate in the Regional competition as Kreissieger. Furthermore, that he will receive his Kreissieger award on the Day of National Work, 1st May, 1938.

Also included is a document, issued by the DAF (Deutsche Arbeitsfront) confirming Roesberg's work experience.
